响，1984年生于成都，现生活工作在成都。自2017年开始她一直活跃于成都的实验音乐和先锋音乐场景。2017年响创办VITAL实验声音艺术节，2023年开始在成都、柏林和北京不定期组织破晓系列音乐会。她与众多音乐家和艺术家合作演出和开展项目，包括即兴创作、作曲、舞蹈、表演艺术、独立出版。
响主要使用田野录音、小提琴、噪音、身体作为素材。她的作品关注一切正在发生的微小噪音与空白。基于对存在于景观或空间结构中的声音及其它介质的基本性的研究，通过即兴或作曲在环境中创造新的情境，并由此探索个体意识与田野状态的潜在关联。
她也是移涌小组、尼安德特人乐团和实验二人组女兵的成员。
Xiang (b. 1984, Chengdu) has been an active presence in the experimental and avant-garde music scene in Chengdu since 2017. She founded Vital Sounding Festival in 2017, and has organized Daybreak Concert Series irregularly in Chengdu, Berlin and Beijing since 2023. She also collaborates with a wide variety of musicians and artists on a range of live performances and projects that include improvisation, composition, dance, performance art and independent publishing.
Xiang uses field recording, violin, noise and body as materials. Her work focuses on the subtle noises and blank spaces that are happening all around. Based on the study of the basic properties of sound and other media existing in landscapes or spatial structures, she creates new situations within the environment through improvisation and composition, thereby exploring the potential connection between individual consciousness and the condition of the field.
She is also a member of eon, Neanderthals Orchestra and Soldier.
